London Cool anticipates recruiting a Trainee Business Developer from February/March 2012 and this is an ideal opportunity if you are looking to get into Sales with a successful company and you are hungry for an opportunity to prove yourself.
London Cool, part of the City Cool Group, have successfully made the trainee role work in the past so we want to continue this in 2012. Our ideal candidate will need to be in place by March 2012.
Based from our head office in Crawley, near Gatwick Airport, we provide all climate control solutions throughout London and the South East. These solutions include energy efficient air conditioning or heat pump fixed installations, service and maintenance of fixed air conditioning systems, portable air conditioners, heaters, patio heaters and for 2012 London Cool for critical rooms such as computer rooms or server rooms we are offering a critical cooling service providing temporary room air conditioners for urgent delivery response times 24 hours a day 7 days a week. All available for hire, sale, or rent. We also have the support of South London warehouse for quicker deliveries of our temporary air conditioner units, portable heaters, dehumidifiers and humidifiers into Central London.
So are you our ideal candidate?, are you eager to learn and do you feel you have some idea of what selling is all about. You will also require good communication skills (both written and verbal) with a level of enthusiasm that is catching. Microsoft Word, Excel, in house data base and Outlook will be used on a day to day basis. Your honesty and reliability will go hand in hand with your clear approachable telephone manner as you will be developing relationships both on the phone and face-to-face. Ideally you will have some selling experience including how to close a sale and be willing to put in the legwork in order to find new business. You need to be cool under pressure, motivated, with a strong team spirit.
This position will involve driving in and around London and the South East with occasional trips further afield such as to our Midland Cool office.

You will of course have to put in the legwork in order to find new business, be cool under pressure, motivated, with a strong team spirit.
This position will involve driving in and around the London area so the ideal candidate must have a full UK driving licence. You will be using your PC knowledge as you will be using Microsoft Word, Excel and Outlook along with an in-house database. Our customers demand a high quality level of customer service and we are working hard to continually improve this. Therefore you will need to be able to take necessary calls out of office hours to meet with our 24 hours, 365 days year availability promise, create quotes and e mail customers out of hours are also required to be done occasionally. If there is work to be done � it needs to be dealt with.

Air Conditioning Technician for the South East area
London Cool anticipates recruiting an engineering technician with experience in our industry from March 2012. You will be based either from our head office in Crawley, near Gatwick Airport or home based. With air conditioning and its use as energy efficient heat pump becoming more and more efficient, it is becoming very popular and therefore we will be looking at expanding our team to meet the demands of our customers.
We provide all climate control solutions throughout London and the South East including temporary portable room air conditioning units and heaters, chillers and heat pumps. We also have the support of South London warehouse for quicker deliveries into Central London.
You will be required to have experience in the installation of split air conditioner units, installation, fault finding, service and maintenance of all types of fixed air conditioning systems such as close control, VRV/VRF and multi-split. You must hold the F Gas City and Guilds 2079 or equivalent qualification. You may be required to work on your own, with another of our Technicians or with a technicians mate. This position will involve driving in and around the London area so the ideal candidate must have a full UK driving license. Their will be occasional work out of this area for example to assist on air condioning work in the Midlands via our other company Midland Cool. We also have contracts with customers such as hospitals who require works to be done out of hours.
